Brian Siders's Bio:
Brian Siders started lifting in highschool (93-96), mainly just training the bench press and other upper body movements. Brian started focusing on squating and deadlifting in the winter of 97 and started doing full powerlifting meets in 1998.
Since then Brian has never looked back. He trains hard, 6-7 days per week and up to 4 hours at a time. Brian has a gym built at the back of his house. He says he is pleased with the success he's had in the powerlifting scene but if far from satisfied.
You can expect Brian Siders to be a strong competitor for a few more years in powerlifting!
