Chris Cook AKA 'The Blonde Bomber', has dreamt of being a pro bodybuilder since his teens. Now, he's living his dream and pulling some impressive results at competitions. Chris is now an IFBB pro, and looking forward to setting new standards as a young gun.

Chris Cook's Bio:

Chris Cook began his dream back in 1995. In 1996 Chris took out first place in the men's open division of the Mr. Anchorage Body Building Championships at the age of just 19, in Alaska.

Chris Cook has always been a very dedicated competitor in sports from a young age, starting with football, wrestling, swimming and then moving into pro bodybuilding.

Not only did Chris show dedication to his sports, he also made himself known to be a dedicated airman, and, whilst serving in the Air Force, took out 'airman of the quarter' on more than one occasion.

Since the early days in 1995, Chris has never looked back. Some of his greats have been taking out the 2003 NPC USA Championships and the super-heavyweight Nationals in 2004.

Chris Cook has experimented with numerous types of diets over the years and finds it necessary to change depending on what results he wants to achieve, and by looking at this big man's results, he's got it spot on!!
