Chris Cormier won in his first bodybuiding contest in 1987 and since then he has been a force to be reckoned with on the professional bodybuilding circuit. Chris' near-perfectly symmetrical always catches the eye of judges whenever he steps on stage.

Chris Cormier has won a string of bodybuilding contests around the world and has built himself up to be a strong Mr Olympia contender. In 2002 Chris posted his best My Olympia result with a 3rd place.

Chris trains 4 times per week on a split program. In the off-season he eats big to build up to his massive 285lb body. Pre-contest he slims down by lowering his carb intake and increasing protein. Chris Cormier's contest weight is around 250lbs.

Chris is in his peak form, so watch out for him at the next Mr Olympia, Arnold Classic or IFBB event.
