Darrem Charles's Bio:

Darrem Charles has been in the bodybuilding business for many years now, and has slowly built his body up to the stunning condition it is today. Darrem Charles picked up his first recreational weights back in his teenage years, where he noticed his body responing remarkably well to the training.

After competing in a number of amateur competitions in the 80's Darrem Charles went pro in the early 90's.

Darrem Charles is well known for having quite a laid back personality, and says sometimes this can work against him in competitions due to other competitors aggressive attitudes, which judges sometimes seems to favour. Make no mistake though, Darrem Charles is seriously competitive, puts 100% into every he does and trains extremely hard.

Darrem Charles has mastered his presentation on stage, giving him a good edge on his competitors. Darrem feels very focused in the gym and knows his body very well. Over the years Darrem has learnt a great deal about nutrition and how he responds to different diets.

After great performances in 2004-2005, Darrem feels his body is peaking in condition and hopes to better his results in the coming years.
