Jeremy HornWith his impressive professional record of 87-14-5, Jeremy Horn is regarded as one of the most experienced MMA fighters out there. Jeremy Horn is yet to be KO'd in the ring and says he plans to keep it that way!
Jeremy Horn's Bio:Jeremy Horn was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1975 and started training to be a fighter back in 1996. He found fighting to be a good hobby, and kept up training just for fun. Jeremy Horn was working in the constuction industry at the time, when he made his unofficial competition debut at an old warehouse in Atlanta. After arriving at the warehouse, Jeremy learnt that the warehouse was previously used for bare knuckle fighting tournaments! This warehouse, however, was where Jeremy took his first competition victory. In 1999, Jeremy Horn moved to Iowa where he met with Pat Miletich and trained with members of Team Miletich. While here, Jeremy competed in the UFC’s Night of Champions, where he took a loss to Frank Shamrock in extra time. It was here where Jeremy was seen to be an up and coming big gun. One of Jeremy Horn's most controversial fights of his career, and one most talked about was his bout with Josh Burkman at the X Fighting Championships in April 2005. Jeremy defeated his opponent in just 74 seconds, with a choke hold which rendered Josh unconscious. It was said that Jeremy held the choke for far to long, but Jeremy defended his actions stating that he let go as soon as the referee grabbed him. Jeremy Horn now fights out of Salt Lake City, where he runs his own gym and gets great satisfaction out of teaching his many fighting students.
