Mariusz Pudzianowski's Bio:Mariusz Pudzianowski started his involvement in strongman sports at the age of just 16, when he benched 160kg in a bench press competition. Mariusz steadily improved over the years, and his father (who was a weightlifting champion himself) helped Mariusz by giving him sound advice throughout the years. Mariusz Pudzianowski has previously competed in Kyokushin karate and also as a boxer and is a regular favorite when he enters a strongman competition. Mariusz Pudzianowski is well loved in his home country of Poland and is considered a national hero for his achievements in his sports. Mariusz aspires for a career in acting after his strongman career and has already starred in re-make of 'Conan the Barbarian' in Poland. Unlike many of his Worlds Strongest Man opponents, Mariusz Pudzianowski keeps his body very trim, giving him incresed endurance and speed, making him the standard to beat in the Worlds Strongest Man competition.
