Ronnie Coleman made his entry into the professional bodybuilding scene back in 1990, since then Ronnie has consistently racked up an impressive array of results, including 8 x winner of Mr Olympia.

As well as his other achievments, Ronnie Coleman also holds the record for the greatest number of wins as a IFBB professional, his total being 25 wins.

Ronnie Coleman trains six times weekly, with sessions lasting about two hours. His normal diet comes from huge amounts of lean meat, with potatoes and rice as main carbs, split into six meals per day.

In the time leading up to an event, Ronnie Coleman puts himself through an even more intensive training program with extra cardiovascular workout, and a low carb diet to trim his body fat content down to a minimum.

Ronnie is known to lose up to 60 Lbs for an event, getting him to his optimum competition weight of 280 Lbs. Lets see if he can take out another Mr Olympia!
