Motivated by Arnold Schwarzenegger as a child Scott Mendelson always wanted to be involved in power sports. Now he's considered the king of bench pressing and admired by bodybuilders and powerlifters throughout the world. Scott has an impressive array of world records which include the heavist raw and shirted bench press.
Scott says: "I train hardcore all year round!". Any he's not kidding. Scott regularly trains with his shirt punching out benches of around the 1000 pounds mark. Scott owns a a private fitness studio called Fitness Individualized Training "(F.I.T.) where he's involved in training benchers, powerlifters and fighters.
